However, I it has come to my reckon this place Rathnagiri does not exist in Kerala, atleast not near Kozhikode but there is such a place in Maharashtra. If someone thinks otherwise or comes across this place, please let me know by leaving a comment. And I'll be very greatful.

It is good to know about the disclaimer put upfront that no place called Ratnagiri exists in Kozhikode. Can you please confirm if this the photographs are taken at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. If you can confirm the location, also please let everyone know about the time the photos are taken so that people can visit at an appropriate time.

I am also getting email with these photographs saying that the place exists in Calicut. I am from Kerala and travelled across almost all places in Kerala. There is no place like this in Kozhikode or near by (as it is saying that 58kms from Calicut). I want to know more about this beautiful place. Is this in Maharastra? While searching in Google, it is giving info about Maharastra only.
Or is this some creative photographs. Anyway, the place is good, and to be nice to spend a weekend. Please let me know if anybody have more info about this palce.

there is no place called Ratnagiri around 300 KM circle of Kozhikode.
